for procurement of service uniforms for company’s employees

This procurement concerns 82 (eighty two) male and 88 (eighty eight) female service uniforms.

Single male uniform consists of the following clothing products:

Jacket - 2 units

Shirt - 6 units, short sleeves - 3 units, and long sleeves - 3 units

Trousers - 3 units

Tie - 2 units, with required option to apply logo

Single female uniform consists of the following clothing products:

Jacket - 2 units

Shirt - 6 units, short sleeves - 3 units, and long sleeves - 3 units

Skirt/ trousers - 2 units

Dress - 2 units

Scarf - 2 units, with required option to apply logo

The offer should include the following :

- exact name and address of the bidder

- excerpt from the court, professional or commercial registry of the state in which the idder is situated or the valid permit, i.e. license of a competent body for the professional conduct of business activites

- the price of single clothing products and total price of the procurement subject with VAT

- terms of payment

- closing date of production and delivery of uniforms

-sample of all materials from which the uniforms will be made and/or raw-materials structure

-bidder's references together with the information about the major business activities of this type in the form of a statement

We invite all interested parties to submit their offers in sealed envelopes with the wording “Procurement of service uniforms” at the address of Montenegro Airlines – Beogradska no. 10, Podgorica, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the announcement of this tender.
