We inform you with great pleasure that Montenegro Airlines, the national carrier of Montenegro, is gradually resuming its traffic after the commercial shutdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We resumed the regular traffic in the following order: Ljubljana on June 12th, Frankfurt on June 14th, Vienna on June 15th, Paris on June 16th, Zurich on June 17th, Dusseldorf on June 20th, Copenhagen on June 20th, Hanover on June 21st, London on June 24th, Lyon on July 25th, Rome on August 14th, Belgrade on August 19th.
Our team works tirelessly to maintain the highest hygiene standards and apply all necessary safety measures. All these measures are in accordance with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro, the Civil Aviation Agency and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Safety of passengers and crew is always our top priority.

The flight schedule depends on the decisions and guidelines of the National Coordinating Body of Montenegro, domestic, foreign and international bodies and the relevant authorities from the field of civil aviation, i.e. on the changes of travel restriction in the countries to which we operate flights. Instructions of entering France

All passengers over the age of 11 arriving by plane from Montenegro will be required to show a negative PCR test for Corona virus upon departure, which shall not be older than 72 hours. We advise you to get tested before arrival in the Republic of France. If it's not possible for you to get tested prior to the travel, you will get tested at the border-crossing. Also, quarantine was introduced, therefore, it is allowed to leave the place residence for the period of half an hour, within the radius of 1 km. We remind you that the recommendation of the EU Council, which was also accepted by France, is still in force, according to which the entry of Montenegrin citizens who do not have a residence in the EU have been banned since July 16.
Entry to France is allowed without restriction solely to following categories of passengers:
- French nationals, accompanied by their spouse and children;
- European Union nationals and nationals from Andorra, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, and the Holy See, having their primary residence in France or transiting through France to reach their country of origin or where they have their primary residence, accompanied by their spouse and children;
- Third country nationals, who are holders of a French or European residence permit or valid long-stay visa, having their primary residence in France or transiting through France to reach their residence in a country of the European Union or assimilated;
- Third country nationals, transiting less than 24 hours in an international area to reach their country of origin and who are holders of a travel document to this country;
- Diplomatic mission staff, or international organizations staff working in headquarters or offices located in France, accompanied by their spouse and children;
- Healthcare workers supporting the fight against Covid-19;
- Flight and cargo crews, or travelling as a passenger to their departure base;
- Foreign nationals ensuring the international carriage of goods;
- Goods carriers including seamen.
This certificate must be presented to transportation companies, before boarding, by passengers travelling to mainland France. It has to be also presented to border control authorities.
Information on changing terminals
We would like to inform you that some of the terminals from which our company's traffic operates have changed at airports in Europe. From November 24th our planes fly to Terminal 2E at Charles de Gaulle Airport, in Paris.
Important notification for passengers to France
Dear passengers,
The Embassy of Montenegro to France has notified us that the French authorities imposed stricter control requirements of the entry of Montenegrin citizens to that country.
Strict controls will be performed on border control stations and all passengers from Montenegro must have the following documents:
- RECEIPT ABOUT PAID INSURANCE FOR THE PERIOD OF STAY IN FOREIGN COUNTRY
- CASH IN THE AMOUNT OF EUR 65 PER DAY OF STAY IN THE FOREIGN COUNTRY
- ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION OR LETTER OF GUARANTEE, IN CASE OF PRIVATE VISITS
If the passengers fail to meet the above-said requirements, the border police of France shall not allow the entry of Montenegrin citizens into France and shall deport them.
In order to spend your travel as planned, please prepare the necessary documentation and take it with you.
