We inform you with great pleasure that Montenegro Airlines, national carrier of Montenegro, is gradually resuming its traffic after the commercial shutdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The first flight was performed on June 12th, 2020 to Ljubljana. The destinations to which we resume traffic are the following:
The first flight to Ljubljana is on June 12th. A week after that date, we will have flights on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
We resumed flights to/from Frankfurt from June 14th, and we will continue to have flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Flights to/from Vienna resumed from June 15th and we will have flights to Vienna on Mondays and Saturdays.
Flights to Paris will start on July 4th. Flights will be operated on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and we will add flight on Friday from July 17th.
We resumed flights to Zurich on June 17th, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
We resumed flights to/from Dusseldorf on June 20th, on every Tuesday and Saturday, but from July 16th we’ll have flights on Thursdays also.
We resumed flights to/from Copenhagen on June 20th. On the beginning of July, we’ll have flights three times a week: on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Flights to Hanover are resumed on June 21st. Flight will be on Sunday, but from July 16th on Thursday also.
We will be resuming traffic to Lyon from July 25, and the flights will be operated every Saturday.
We expect the resumption of traffic to other destinations and regular traffic, as well as the gradual normalization, in accordance with the condition of the number of patients infected with COVID-19 in those countries, as well as travel restriction measures.
Our team works tirelessly to maintain the highest hygiene standards and to apply all necessary security measures, and all measures are in accordance to the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro, Civil Aviation Agency, and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Passenger and crew safety is always our priority.
The above flight schedule is susceptible to changes and will depend on the decisions and guidelines of the National Coordinating Body of Montenegro, domestic, foreign and international bodies and authorities from the field of civil aviation, i.e. on changes of travel restrictions in countries to which we operate.
